Fifty million
Christians were martyred by the Roman Catholic Church during the Dark
Ages. And
we lament such wickedness.

Adolph Hitler
slaughtered 21 million people during the Nazi Third Reich. And humanity was horrified.

Under the dictatorship
of Joseph Stalin 43 million people were murdered. The world was shocked.
.
What of the United
States of America?

The Massacre of
45 Million
People
should appall you.

Abortion:
An American Bloodbath
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
More
wicked than the Catholic Inquisition, more horrifying than the Nazi holocaust,
more inhumane than Stalin’s massacre is the wholesale slaughter of millions of
innocent children. And the horror continues
unabated!
And
shed innocent blood, even the blood of
their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of
Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.
Psalms 106:38
The United States has one of the highest abortion rates among developed countries.
Another study
revealed that women reported the following reasons for choosing an abortion:
An overwhelming
92% of all American abortions are abortions of conv0enience.
Only 6% claim
reasons of health
While 2% claim
rape, incest or other.
These are reasons
given by the women having the aboriton with no way to validate the accuracy of
the claims. another
area of uncertainty is whether the potential health problem has been identified
by a doctor or by only the woman herself.
On the basis of
current abortion rates, one in three American women will have had an abortion
by the age of 45.
42 million reported
abortions between 1970 and 2002
Because reporting
of abortions is not mandatory, statistics are of varying reliability. Hence the actual number of abortions is would
be significantly higher than 42 million.
There is no way of knowing how many have not been reported. On the low
average
God certainly knows the value of a child. The Scriptures are replete with statements of His divine hand on the unborn. How we were “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalms 139:14), how He formed us within the womb (Isaiah 44:2), and created us for our particular purposes[1] from conception (Isaiah 49:5, Jeremiah 1:5). The Lord calls children unto Himself and declares “such is the kingdom of God” (Mark 10:14,15; Luke 18:16,17). And when a child passes from this life the Lord receives him (2 Samuel 12:23). Oh, how we should cherish our children as gifts from God! Psalm 127:3 states, “Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.” (KJV).
